Are you in the City of Spring Branch?
Our city is small. The city limits are a narrow strip, roughly 100 yards deep, running along US 281, Spring Branch Road, and FM 311. No subdivision lies entirely within the city; only a handful of individual homes fronting those roads do.
As a rule of thumb, if your property is south of Rodeo Drive or north of SH 306, it is very likely outside our limits.
A “Spring Branch, TX 78070” mailing address does not put you in the city. The 78070 ZIP covers a large area, most of which is in Bulverde, Bulverde’s ETJ, or unincorporated Comal County. To be certain, check the boundary maps below, or email us with your address and we will confirm.
